Agenda The meeting agenda will be brief beginning at 9:30 AM. We will serve lunch at 11:30 AM. Our team will answer questions and provide insight on pricing strategies to consider. A tour of the winery will be conducted after lunch; and for those interested in golf, the Woodlands course will be played. Golf will begin at 12:30 PM.

What to Expect We will provide an overview of our natural gas sourcing strategies for this winter along with other significant points of interest. Steve Curlee, Manager - Structured Marketing & Asset Management will explain recent developments in the natural gas market and provide some hedging strategies. As always, your questions and comments are encouraged.

Directions
The Château Élan is located 40 minutes north of Atlanta, off I-85 at Exit 126.

When coming from the South, turn left off of the exit onto Highway 211 and cross over the interstate. From the North, turn right onto Highway 211.

Once on Highway 211:
The Winery, Inn and Spa are the first gate on the left.
The Par 3 golf course is the second gate on the left. The Golf Clubhouse (The Château and The Woodlands) are the third gate on the left.

From Hartsfield-Jackson Airport:
Head North on 85 to Exit 126 Winder.
Head up the off-ramp and make a Left at the light onto Highway 211.
Château Élan will be just across the bridge on your left.
